In October 2025, I made a 7-minute short film with my team as part of a competition. The goal: create a film in 48 hours from writing to post-production! In this project, I was casting manager, production manager, and assistant director. Here are the tasks I was assigned:
General coordination of the film shoot (creating the schedule, task distribution, meeting deadlines), administrative management of filming permits and releases
Assistant direction: supporting directors on set, preparing the call sheet, adapting to unexpected events and maintaining team cohesion under time pressure
Casting manager: searching and pre-selecting actors, organizing casting sessions (locations, invitations, schedules), conducting auditions (video capture and evaluation notes)
